INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSArtist : Maintains full ownership and copyright of all created works, with the right to utilize them for personal purposes, promotional content, portfolio display, and publication across social platforms.Client : Personal-use clients are granted non-commercial usage rights, including printing and social media posting with appropriate credit. Commercial-use clients receive rights for merchandise, sales, and digital marketing, while any postponement or prohibition of the artist’s public sharing of the artwork shall be determined by mutual agreement.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERYSketches will be delivered within 0–7 days after the commission is accepted.
Final delivery will take around 1–2 weeks, and any delays will be communicated in advance.

PROHIBITED USAGEUsing the artwork for NFTs or for any AI/machine learning datasets is strictly prohibited.
This includes training, feeding, uploading, or using the artwork in any form of AI model, dataset, or blockchain-related project.

REFUNDSRefunds are not provided unless I am unable to complete the commission for any reason.
